新时代人人入志的构想——第三轮修志的探索

Conception of the chronicling of all and by all in the new era-Exploration on the compilation of the third round of local chronicles

本文意在探讨第三轮修志可以突破常规,利用互联网平台,开放式地编写志书,实现人人参与、人人入志的构想问题。首先要定制开发方志软件,承载人人入志的超大容量;其次,设置人人入志的模块,在注重多媒体化、平民化、故事化、细节化和原创性的同时,严把质量关,同时不失方志的基本特征。人人入志之软件体方志是对传统志书内容的补充和深化,是方志体例的创新和完善,可链接互见,互补共存。有条件的地方,可以同时编纂纸质方志和数字方志,满足不同阅读习惯的用户群,这将是方志发展的一个趋势。

This paper aims to explore the conception of open chronicling of all the people by all in the third-round compilation of local chronicles,which breaks through the convention and makes use of the Internet platform.First,we should customize and develop local chronicling software to load the super large capacity of chronicling of all.Secondly,we need to set up the modules of the compilation of all with strict quality control by emphasizing on multimedia,civilians,story-telling,details and originality while retaining the basic characteristics of local chronicles.The software chronicling of all is not only the supplement and expansion of conventional chronicles,but also the innovation and improvement of local chronicling style,which can be linked,viewed,mutually complemented and shared.Where conditions permit,local chronicles can be compiled into two forms,i.e.,book+App,to meet the user groups with different reading preferences,which will also become a trend in the development of local chronicles.
