深层肌康复训练在腰椎管狭窄症患者腰椎微创手术后的应用效果

Application effects of deep muscle rehabilitation training on patients with lumbar spinal stenosis after minimally invasive lumbar spine surgeries

目的:探讨深层肌康复训练在腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)患者腰椎微创手术后的应用效果。方法:选取采用经皮椎间孔镜下椎管减压术治疗的62例LSS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在其基础上开展深层肌康复训练。比较两组康复训练前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、日本骨科学会(JOA)腰椎功能评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分和日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分。结果:康复训练1个月后,观察组VAS、ODI评分明显低于对照组,JOA、ADL评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规术后康复训练的基础上,对微创手术治疗的LSS患者开展深层肌康复训练可减轻腰部疼痛,提高腰椎功能和日常生活活动能力,效果优于单用常规康复训练。

Objective:To observe application effects of deep muscle rehabilitation training on patients with lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)after minimally invasive lumbar spine surgeries.Methods:62 LSS patients treated with percutaneous transforaminal spinal canal decompression were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given deep muscle rehabilitation training on the basis of that of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the Japanese orthopaedic association lumbar function(JOA)score,the Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and the activity of daily living(ADL)score were compared between the two groups before and after the rehabilitation training.Results:1 month after the rehabilitation training,the VAS score and the ODI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the JOA score and the ADL score were significantly higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine postoperative rehabilitation training,the deep muscle rehabilitation training for the LSS patients treated with minimally invasive surgeries can relieve the lumbar pain and improve the lumbar function and the abilities of daily living.Moreover,it is superior to single routine rehabilitation training.
