正骨推拿联合针灸治疗单纯性腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果

Effects of bone-setting massage combined with acupuncture on patients with simple lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察正骨推拿联合针灸治疗单纯性腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)患者的效果。方法:选取78例单纯性LDH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各39例。对照组采用针灸治疗,研究组采用正骨推拿联合针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛[疼痛数字评分法(NRS)]评分、腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)和生命质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)]评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.9%(37/39),高于对照组的71.8%(28/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组NRS评分低于对照组,腰椎JOA评分和SF-36各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正骨推拿联合针灸治疗单纯性LDH患者可提高治疗总有效率、腰椎JOA评分和生命质量评分,以及降低疼痛评分,效果优于单纯针灸治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of bone-setting massage combined with acupuncture on patients with simple lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:78 patients with simple LDH were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,39 cases in each.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the study group was treated with bone-setting massage combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,the pain[numerical rating scale(NRS)]score,the Japanese orthopaedic association score(JOA)and the quality of life[(the MOS item-short from health survey,SF-36)]score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.9%(37/39),which was higher than 71.8%(28/39)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the NRS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group;the lumbar spine JOA score and SF-36 scores of each dimension were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Bone-setting massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of the patients with simple LDH can improve the total effective rate,the lumbar spine JOA score and the quality of life score,and reduce the pain score.Moreover,it is superior to single acupuncture treatment.
