多元化康复护理在稳定型心绞痛患者中的应用效果

Application effects of diversified rehabilitation nursing in patients with stable angina pectoris

目的:观察多元化康复护理在稳定型心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取106例稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各53例。对照组行常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上行多元化康复护理,比较两组护理前后自护能力[自我护理能力表(ESCA)]评分、生命质量[西雅图心绞痛问卷(SAQ)]评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组ESCA和躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作情况、治疗满意程度、疾病认知程度等SAQ评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.34%(50/53),高于对照组的79.25%(42/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规康复护理基础上采用多元化康复护理可提高稳定型心绞痛患者的自护能力、生命质量评分和护理满意度,效果优于单纯常规康复护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of diversified rehabilitation nursing in patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods:106 patients with stable angina pectoris were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received diversified rehabilitation nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The score of self-care ability[self-care ability scale(ESCA)],the quality of life[Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)]score and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the ESCA score and the SAQ scores such as physical activity limitation,angina pectoris stable state,angina attack,treatment satisfaction and disease cognition in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.34%(50/53),which was higher than the control group of 79.25%(42/53),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine rehabilitation nursing,the diversified rehabilitation nursing can improve the self-care ability,the quality of life score and the nursing satisfaction of the patients with stable angina pectoris.Moreover,it is superior to single routine rehabilitation nursing.
