校园安全问题涉及方方面面,因素众多。为推动校园安全生产责任落实,加强校园内外风险点的治理和防控,强力打击震慑侵害校园、威胁师生安全的反社会人群犯罪,营造良好的教育环境和社会环境,为学生的健康成长和全面发展提供保障,结合人心识别AI技术的应用,减少校园内外安全事件的发生,从技术的理论与实践、校园安全风险治理解决方案、基于人心识别的社会风险智能预警平台应用等方面进行具体分析。

School campus safety is influenced by many factors. In order to implement campus safety responsibility, strengthen the management of risk points inside and outside the campus to prevent and control risks, combat and deter anti-social crimes threatening the school to create a good educational and social environment and secure students’ healthy growth and comprehensive development, this paper, based on human mind recognition AI technology to reduce the occurrence of security incidents inside and outside the campus, makes a specific analysis of the three following aspects: the theory and practice of the technology, campus security risk governance solutions, and the application of intelligent social risk precaution platform.
