摘要
为完成国家速滑馆双曲马鞍形金属屋面施工,顺利安装复杂不规则金属单元板块,将屋面分区域施工。优先施工索网区域。采用BIM技术指导屋面不规则金属单元板块加工、小吨位吊车穿索网吊装、直立锁边屋面现场三维拼装等,完成了大跨度马鞍形索结构单元式屋面板安装施工,保证了柔性屋面体系适应索网结构竖向位移变化,为索网结构等柔性金属屋面结构施工提供了一种新颖、灵活的综合施工方法。该工程施工技术的创新与应用,提高了屋面板施工速度,为后续工序的提前介入施工创造了有利条件,为速滑馆按期竣工奠定了基础。
In order to complete the construction of the double curved saddle shaped metal roof of National Speed Skating Oval,successfully install the complex and irregular metal unit plates,the roof shall be constructed in different areas,and the cable net area shall be constructed first.BIM model is used to guide the processing of irregular metal unit plates on the roof,the hoisting of small tonnage crane through cable net and the on-site three-dimensional assembly of vertical edge locked roof are applied,the construction task of unit roof panel installation of long-span saddle cable structure is completed,which ensures that the roof system can adapt to the vertical displacement change of cable net structure,and provides a novel and flexible comprehensive construction method for the construction of flexible metal roof structures such as cable net structure.The innovation and application of the construction technology of the project not only improves the construction speed of roof slab,creates favorable conditions for the early intervention of subsequent processes,and lays a foundation for the scheduled completion of speed skating oval.
