摘要
富阳北支江水上运动中心幕墙工程面积大,搪瓷钢板幕墙主要位于屋面檐口、包边和压顶位置,有空间角度,加工、放样难度较大,结构精度、安装工艺要求高,安装困难。鉴于搪瓷钢板在安装工艺方面相关研究较少,对幕墙工程中的主次钢结构搪瓷钢板屋面系统、侧面搪瓷钢板安装,搪瓷钢板幕墙施工及面板安装等施工过程进行研究并给出相关方案,保证了工程顺利施工。
The curtain wall of Fuyang Beizhi River Water Sports Center has a large area.The enamel steel plate curtain wall is mainly located at the roof cornice,edge wrapping and roof pressing position,with spatial angle,great difficulty in processing and setting out,high requirements for structural accuracy and installation process,and difficult installation.In view of the lack of relevant research on the installation process of enamel steel plate,the construction processes of primary and secondary steel structure enamel steel plate roof system,side enamel steel plate installation,enamel steel plate curtain wall construction and enamel steel plate panel installation in curtain wall project are studied and relevant schemes are given to ensure the smooth construction of the project.
