富阳北支江水上运动中心建筑幕墙高24.2m,其中钢结构幕墙高16m,安装施工需要高空作业,操作困难。钢结构幕墙钢柱有空间角度,加工和放样操作困难且工作量大。因此,对其安装技术进行研究。以此项目为依托,通过对钢结构幕墙总体安装方案、框架式玻璃幕墙安装技术进行分析,总结了关于幕墙系统的安装方案,保证了该项目钢结构玻璃幕墙安装工程的顺利进行及施工质量和效率。

The height of the building curtain wall of Fuyang Beizhi River Water Sports Center project is 24.2m,of which the height of the steel structure curtain wall is 16m.The installation and construction requires high-altitude operation,which is difficult to operate.The steel column of steel structure curtain wall has spatial angle,so it is difficult to process and set out,and the workload is large.Therefore,the installation technology is studied.Based on this project,through the analysis of the overall installation scheme of curtain wall and the installation technology of frame glass curtain wall,the installation scheme of steel structure curtain wall system is summarized,so as to ensure the smooth progress,construction quality and efficiency of steel structure glass curtain wall installation project of the project.
