摘要
结合苍龙涧河特大桥工程,重点阐述连续梁挂篮液压油缸钢绞线夹轨器牵引系统。针对挂篮预压、行走、冬期保温等重难点,介绍挂篮液压油缸钢绞线夹轨器牵引技术原理及关键技术。通过全过程的施工控制,保证了施工安全和进度,节约成本,取得显著的经济效益。
Combined with Canglongjian River Super Major Bridge,the traction system of continuous beam hanging basket hydraulic cylinder steel strand rail clamp is focused on.Aiming at the important and difficult points of hanging basket preloading,walking and thermal insulation in winter,the technical principle and key technology of steel strand rail clamp traction of hanging basket hydraulic cylinder are introduced.Through the construction control of the whole process,the construction safety and progress are ensured,the cost is saved and remarkable economic benefits are obtained.
