美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并心律失常患者的疗效及对患者血浆APN水平的影响

Efficacy of Metoprolol in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Arrhythmia

目的评价美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并心律失常患者的临床疗效及对患者血浆脂联素(APN)水平的影响,为冠心病合并心律失常患者的临床用药工作提供参考。方法选择医院2018年6月至2019年7月收治的冠心病合并心律失常患者共计84例。依据患者就诊时间顺序将患者分为两组,各42例,每组患者均给予常规扩冠、改善循环等冠心病治疗方案,观察组给予胺碘酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,对照组给予胺碘酮治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、血压水平、心率水平、不良反应发生情况以及血浆APN、脑钠肽(BNP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后血压、心率水平以及血浆APN、BNP、TNF-α水平均优于对照组,P<0.05。两组患者均无严重不良反应,有窦性心动过缓等反应,组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论应用胺碘酮治疗冠心病心律失常患者的同时给予美托洛尔治疗可稳定患者血压、心率,改善血浆APN水平,治疗效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia and its effect on the level of plasma APN,so as to provide reference for the clinical medication of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia treated in our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were selected.According to the time sequence of the patients,the patients were divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The patients in each group were given routine coronary heart disease treatment schemes such as expanding the crown and improving the circulation.The observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol tartrate,and the control group was treated with amiodarone.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure level,heart rate level,adverse reactions,plasma APN,BNP and TNF of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia in the control group and the observation group were compared-αlevel.Results The total effective rate of patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group-αlevels were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions and sinus bradycardia in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol can stabilize blood pressure and heart rate,improve plasma APN level,and has significant therapeutic effect and high safety.
