彩色多普勒超声对下肢静脉血栓形成的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

目的探究彩色多普勒超声对下肢静脉血栓形成的诊断价值,以期为该病的诊断提供理论指导。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月医院收治的60例下肢静脉血栓患者作为本次研究的试验组,另选取同期无下肢静脉血栓的患者60例作为本次研究的对照组,所有研究对象均给予彩色多普勒超声检查,对其诊断效果进行分析。结果在彩色多普勒超声检查过程中,试验组60例患者血栓分型为:中央型37例(61.67%),周围型15例(25.00%),混合型8例(13.33%);在下肢静脉内径值比较中,试验组的POV、PTV、SFV、CFV与MGV均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;在CDFI值对比中,试验组的POV、SFV、CFV均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。经超声检查示正常下肢静脉主要特点:血管管壁薄且光滑,血管管腔中的血流无回声,彩色血流充盈,具有良好的连续性,探头挤压血管管腔闭合,血管从近心端到远心端逐渐变细。通过彩色多普勒超声诊断试验组60例下肢深静脉血栓患者可以看出,慢性期下肢深静脉血栓和急性期下肢深静脉血栓患者存在着各自的影像学特点。结论在下肢静脉血栓患者中给予彩色多普勒超声检查能够取得较好的诊断价值,可明确下肢静脉血栓的疾病类型,明确扩张静脉管径与血流充盈情况等,并对急性与慢性血栓进行区分。该诊断技术具有操作简单、无创性等优势,能够为该病的治疗与预防提供有效的依据,在临床上的应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound for lower limb venous thrombosis,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the diagnosis of the disease.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,60 patients with lower limb venous thrombosis admitted to our hospital were selected as the experimental group in this study,and 60 patients without lesions in the same period were selected as the control group in this study.All subjects were given color doppler ultrasound examination to analyze the diagnostic effect.Results During the color Doppler ultrasound examination,among the 60 patients in the experimental group,the thrombus types were:central type 37 cases(61.67%),peripheral type 15 cases(25.00%),and mixed type 8 cases(13.33%).In the comparison of the inner diameter of the lower limb veins,POV,PTV,SFV,CFV and MGV in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.In CDFI the comparison of values,the POV,SFV,and CFV in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Ultrasound examination showed normal.The main characteristic of lower limb veins is that the blood vessel wall is thin and smooth.The blood flow in the vascular lumen is no echo,the color blood flow is full,and has good continuity.The probe squeezes the vascular lumen to close,and the blood vessels move from the proximal end to the distal end,and the heart end gradually becomes thinner.The 60 patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities in the experimental group diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound can see that the chronic stage,deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities and the acute stage deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities have their own imaging characteristics.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination in patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis can obtain better diagnostic value,can clarify the disease type of lower extremity venous thrombosis,clearly understand the dilated venous diameter and blood flow filling,etc.,for acute and chronic thrombus to distinguish.The diagnostic technology has the advantages of simple operation,non-invasiveness,etc.,can provide an effective basis for the treatment and prevention of the disease,and has high clinical application value.
