摘要
目的研究基于共情理念的健康教育模式对糖尿病患者自护能力和负性情绪的影响。方法2018年1月至2019年4月,选择我院320例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采取常规健康教育,观察组采取基于共情理念的健康教育模式,对比两组患者疾病知识掌握程度、自护能力和负性情绪状况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者疾病知识总分由(24.32±3.34)分提高到(36.67±4.69)分、自护能力由(95.82±7.94)分提高到(134.15±12.17)分,负性情绪也改善明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施基于共情理念的健康教育,能够有效提升患者对疾病知识掌握程度和自护能力,并能改善其负性情绪。
Objective To study the application of empathic concept-based health education model of diabetes patients.Methods Three hundred and twenty cases of diabetes patients from January 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The control group received routine health education,the observation group adopted empathic concept-based health education model.The knowledge of disease/self-care capacity and negative emotions situation were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total score of disease knowledge of the observation group increased from(24.32±3.34)to(36.67±4.69),self-care ability increased from(95.82±7.94)to(134.15±12.17)and negative mood improved significantly,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of empathic concept-based health education model of diabetes patients can effectively enhance the mastery of knowledge of disease and self-care capacity,improve their negative emotions.
