双相情感障碍与精神分裂症患者脑结构CT差异分析

Analysis of CT Difference of Brain Structure between Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia

目的分析双相情感障碍、精神分裂症患者脑结构CT差异情况,在了解患者影像学差异的基础上为临床治疗工作提供参考,进一步促进精神类患者治疗预后。方法选择我院2018年8月至2019年8月收治住院治疗的双相情感障碍与精神分裂症患者,各选择50例,分别作为试验1组与试验2组。另外,选择同期健康体检者50名作为参照组。对试验1组、试验2组以及参照组分别采取头颅CT扫描检查。对比3组受试者脑结构CT诊断测量值以及试验1组、试验2组患者脑结构异常与病程相关性、认知功能情况。结果与参照组健康体检者比较,试验1组与试验2组精神类疾病患者第三脑室宽度(TVW)、哈氏值(HI)、脑室指数(VI)、侧脑室体部指数(LVBI)、神经节脑苷脂(GA)指标差异显著,P<0.05,而试验1组、试验2组组间差异无显著性,P>0.05。另外,试验组1组与试验2组精神类疾病患者脑结构异常、病程之间相关性无明显差异性,P>0.05,患者认知功能对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论精神科双相情感障碍患者以及精神分裂症患者脑结构CT结构无显著性差异,而与健康体检者在脑结构CT结果方面差异显著。

Objective To analyze the difference of brain structure CT in patients with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia,and to provide reference for clinical treatment and further promote the prognosis of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Fifty patients with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as test group 1 and test group 2 respectively.In addition,50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the reference group.The patients with the text group 1,the text group 2 and the reference group were examined by CT scan.The CT diagnostic value of brain structure in three groups was compared,and the correlation between brain structure abnormality and course of disease,cognitive function in test group 1 and test group 2 were compared.Results Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in TVW,HI,VI,LVBI and GA between test group 1 and test group 2,but there was no significant difference between test group 1 and test group 2(P>0.05).In addition,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in CT structure between patients with bipolar affective disorder and schizophrenics,but there is significant difference in CT results between patients with bipolar affective disorder and schizophrenics.
