优质护理干预对产妇产后出血和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing Intervention on Postpartum Hemorrhage and Sleep Quality of Parturient

目的探究优质护理干预对产妇产后出血和睡眠质量的治疗效果。方法研究起止时间为2019年1月至2020年1月,研究对象为本院于此期间收治的86例分娩后的产妇,随机分为两组,每组43例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采取优质护理,观察两组护理干预效果,包括护理干预前后心理状况评分以及干预后孕妇睡眠质量、产后出血量、护理干预满意度、临床治疗效果。结果与护理干预前相比,两组心理状况评分(HAMA评分、HAMD评分)均明显降低,且观察组降低程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇的睡眠质量(匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、睡眠时间)与产后出血量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从最终治疗效果来看,对照组产后护理效果明显都差于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孕妇的产后护理中采用优质护理可缓解孕妇产后出血现象,改善孕妇的睡眠质量,降低其负性心理情绪,提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间,提升护理效果。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of quality nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage and sleep quality.Methods The starting and ending time of the study was from January 2019 to January 2020.The subjects of the study were 86 pregnant women after delivery treated in our hospital during this period.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received high-quality nursing.The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were observed,such as sleep quality,postpartum hemorrhage,psychological status score satisfaction with nursing intervention and clinical treatment effect.Results Compared with before nursing intervention,the scores of psychological status(HAMA score and HAMD score)in the two groups were significantly lower,and the degree of reduction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,sleep duration)and postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of pregnant women in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).From the final treatment effect,the postpartum nursing effect of pregnant women in the control group was significantly weaker than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing in postpartum nursing of pregnant women can alleviate the phenomenon of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the sleep quality of pregnant women,reduce their negative psychological emotions,improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the hospitalization time,and significantly improve the nursing effect.
