小儿水合氯醛保留灌肠的护理观察

Nursing Observation of Children's Chloral Hydrate Retention Enema

目的研究小儿水合氯醛保留灌肠的临床护理方法,为进一步提高儿科护理工作质量寻找新方法。方法选择我院于2019年3月至2020年6月收治的52例接受水合氯醛保留灌肠患儿,根据患者的入院顺序平均分为试验组与对照组,试验组患儿接受综合护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理,在统计两组患儿的相关临床资料后并做统计学处理,判断不同护理方案的临床应用价值。结果试验组制动合格率26例(100.00%)显著高于对照组21例(80.77%),差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患儿的依从性评价及家属对护理工作的满意度数据相比,试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿的催眠时间情况相比,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率比较,试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理模式满足水合氯醛保留灌肠患儿的临床护理需求,与传统护理模式相比,该方法能够提高家属的满意度,保证了患儿的依从性和催眠效果,可成为临床护理的首选方法。

Objective To study the clinical nursing methods of chloral hydrate retention enema in children,and to find new methods to further improve the quality of pediatric nursing work.Methods Fifty two children who received chloral hydrate retention enema were selected from our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission.After the children in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention,patients in the control group receive routine care,and after statistical processing of the relevant clinical data of the two groups of children,the clinical application value of different nursing plans is judged.Results The passing rate of braking in the experimental group 26 cases(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group 21 cases(80.77%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the data of compliance evaluation and family satisfaction of nursing work,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The hypnosis time of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing model meets the clinical nursing needs of children with chloral hydrate retention enema.Compared with the traditional nursing model,this method can improve the satisfaction of family members,ensure the compliance of the children and the hypnotic effect.Therefore,it should be the preferred method of clinical care.
