优质护理对肿瘤化疗患者护理满意度及生活质量的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing on Nursing Satisfaction and Quality of Life of Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的分析探究优质护理对肿瘤化疗患者护理满意度及生活质量的影响。方法此次研究采取随机盲选法,将2018年2月至2019年4月来我院接受化疗治疗的78例肿瘤患者随机分为两组,各组均为39例;其中对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行优质护理,对比两组患者的临床疗效、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果①对比统计结果发现,对照组的治疗有效率为74.36%,与观察组的92.31%相比差异明显,两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②对比统计结果发现,对照组的护理满意度为71.79%,与观察组的97.44%相比差异明显,两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③对比统计结果发现,对照组护理后的生理职能、身体疼痛、精神状态、情感情绪及社会功能与观察组相比差异明显,两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤化疗患者实行优质护理的效果显著,能够明显提高临床疗效及护理满意度,有助于改善生活质量,值得在临床护理中使用推广。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of high-quality nursing on nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients with tumor chemotherapy.Methods A total of 78 tumor patients admitted to our hospital for chemotherapy from February 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with an average of 39 patients in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out high-quality nursing.The clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results①Comparing the statistical results,it was found that the effective rate of the control group was 74.36%,which was significantly different from the observation group(92.31%).The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).②Comparing the statistical results,the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 71.79%,which was significantly different from that of the observation group(97.44%).The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).③Comparing the statistical results,it was found that there were significant differences between the control group and the observation group in the physical function,physical pain,mental state,emotion and social function after nursing,and the data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing for patients with tumor chemotherapy is significant,which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction,and contribute to improve the quality of life.It is worth using and promoting in the clinical nursing.
