优质护理模式在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing Model in Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的探讨优质护理模式在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月大连市第六人民医院收治的120例上消化道出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组采用优质护理模式。对比两组患者护理前后的焦虑、抑郁评分、VAS评分及生活质量评分。结果护理前两组的抑郁、焦虑评分、VAS评分及生活质量评分对比,无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组的抑郁、焦虑评分、VAS评分及生活质量评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对上消化道出血患者应用优质护理能够有效缓解其负性情绪,减轻疼痛,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing model in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Dalian Sixth People's Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 patients in each group.Traditional nursing mode was used in the control group,and high-quality nursing mode was used in the observation group.The scores of anxiety,depression,VAS and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in depression,anxiety score,VAS score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of depression,anxiety,VAS and quality of life in the observation group after nursing were all lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can effectively relieve the negative emotion,relieve the pain and improve the quality of life of the patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
