摘要 综合能源系统能够通过设备耦合实现系统内各种能源间的协调优化,满足用户安全高效的负荷要求。双碳目标的提出对综合能源系统中的碳排放量提出了更高的要求,为协调综合能源系统在全生命周期内的低碳性和经济性需求,本文提出了一种考虑外部碳交易效益的综合能源系统多阶段规划方法。通过深入分析碳交易机制,计及综合能源系统不同建设阶段的负荷要求,将电、热、冷各设备在不同阶段的碳排放量形成的外部碳交易成本计入不同阶段的经济成本中,建立了考虑外部碳交易效益的综合能源系统多阶段规划模型。运用遗传算法进行仿真求解,结果表明,该模型较传统模型建立的综合能源系统全寿命周期内在经济、低碳方面均有更好的表现。 Integrated energy system can realize the coordination and optimization among various energy sources in the system through equipment coupling to meet the safe and efficient load requirements of users.In order to coordinate the low carbon and economic requirements of the integrated energy system in the whole life cycle,this paper proposes a multi-stage planning method for the integrated energy system considering the benefits of external carbon trading.By analyzing the carbon trading mechanism,taking into account the load requirements of different construction stages of the integrated energy system,and including the external carbon trading cost formed by the carbon emissions of each equipment in different stages of electricity,heat and cooling in the economic cost of different stages,a multi-stage planning model of the integrated energy system considering the external carbon trading benefits is established.The results show that the model performs better than the traditional model in terms of economic and low-carbon performance over the whole life cycle of the integrated energy system.
