基于系统动力学的电网工程进度管理分析

摘要 随着社会经济的发展及用电服务的不断强化,电网工程作为满足用电需求的主要措施,起要求越来越高。周期短、难度大、外部制约因素多、负荷需求反应快等特点,给项目管理带来了新的挑战,加强项目进度管控是保证项目按期顺利投产的关键。建立了基于系统动力学的工程进度管理分析模型,利用影响项目进度的相关信息开展了仿真计算,证实了模型的有效、可行,有利于进度管理优化并节约成本。 With the development of social economy and the continuous strengthening of electricity service,power grid engineering,as the main measure to meet the demand for electricity,has become more and more demanding.The characteristics of short cycle,great difficulty,many external constraints and fast response to load demand bring new challenges to project management.Strengthening project schedule control is the key to ensure the smooth commissioning of the project on schedule.The analysis model of project schedule management based on system dynamics is established,and the simulation calculation is carried out by using the relevant information affecting the project schedule,which proves the validity and feasibility of the model,and is conducive to the optimization of schedule management and cost saving.
