蓝宝石晶体材料具有优良的光学性能、机械性能和化学性能,已成为现代工业的重要基础材料,在LED、消费电子等领域应用广泛。随着国产蓝宝石晶体生长炉及自动加工设备的大范围使用,以及450kg蓝宝石晶锭的问世,我国已成为蓝宝石材料最重要的生产和应用市场之一。本文结合产业情况,介绍了蓝宝石晶体材料的标准现状,并提出了今后标准体系完善的建议。

Sapphire crystal materials have excellent optical properties,mechanical properties and chemical properties,which had become an important basic material in modern industry and widely used in LED,consumer electronics and other fields.With the wide use of domestic sapphire crystal growing furnace and automatic processing equipment,and the appearance of 450kg sapphire crystal ingot,China had become one of the most important production and application markets of sapphire materials.Based on the industrial situation,this paper introduces the current status of the standard of sapphire crystal materials,and puts forward the suggestions for the perfection of the standard system in the future.
