不同产地及品种花生红衣白藜芦醇的差异化分析 被引量:2

摘要 为筛选高含量和高活性的白藜芦醇,对不同产地、不同品种花生红衣白藜芦醇进行差异化分析。利用超声波辅助微波提取法提取,以DPPH自由基和羟基自由基清除率为指标,对28个花生品种红衣中白藜芦醇含量及活性进行分析。结果表明:28个产地、品种花生红衣中白藜芦醇含量区间为0.851~2.207 mg/g,其中“豫南阳鲁花8号”中白藜芦醇含量最高,为2.207 mg/g;同一产地不同品种及同一品种不同产地花生红衣中白藜芦醇含量较高者均为“鲁青岛四粒红”,为2.205 mg/g。28个产地、品种花生红衣中白藜芦醇抗氧化活性最强者分别是“鄂襄阳四粒红”、“豫浚县花育42号”,前者DPPH自由基清除率为98.684%、后者羟基自由基清除率为58.886%,均高于V_(c)。该研究为花生红衣资源的再利用提供了理论依据和丰富的优质品种来源。 In order to screen the resveratrol with high content and high activity, the differentiation of resveratrol in peanut skin from different producing areas and different varieties was analyzed. The content and activity of resveratrol in skin from 28 peanut areas-cultivars were analyzed through extraction by ultrasonic assisted microwave and scavenging rate of DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical as indicator. The results showed that the content of resveratrol in 28 peanut skin ranged from 0.851 to 2.207 mg/g, among which Yu-Nanyang-Luhua8 had the highest resveratrol content, which was 2.207 mg/g;the highest resveratrol content in peanut skin of different varieties from the same producing area and the same variety from different producing area was Lu-Qingdao-Silihong, which was 2.205 mg/g. The strongest antioxidant activity of resveratrol among the 28 peanut areas-varieties were, E-Xiangyang-Silihong and Yu-Junxian-Huayu42 as 98.684%(DPPH free radical) and 58.886%(Hydroxyl radical), respectively, which were higher than that of vitamin C. The study provided a theoretical basis and abundant high quality variety sources for the reuse of peanut skin.
