摘要
模块化变电站具有建设周期短、施工效率高等优点,但是对工程造价的影响没有一致的结论,原因在于不同变电站的造价可比性较差。为此,本文选用变电站可比较的施工模块进行分析,给出了模块化施工和非模块化施工的施工流程、造价计算方法,从而得出模块化施工造价低于非模块化施工的条件和理论。同时基于变电站围墙的实证研究得出,模块化和非模块化产品材质相同情况下,模块化施工工程造价一般会低于非模块化施工,如果模块化产品采用成本更高的材质,则结果相反。
Modular substation has the advantages of short construction period and high construction efficiency, but the impact on the cost of the project has not been unanimously concluded.The reason is that the cost comparability of different substations is poor.Therefore, the comparable construction modules of substations are selected for analysis, and the construction process and cost calculation methods of modular construction and non-modular construction are given, and the conditions and theories that modular construction cost is lower than non-modular construction are obtained.Based on the empirical study of substation walls, it can be concluded that when the materials of modular and non-modular products are the same, the cost of modular construction projects is generally lower than that of non-modular construction.If modular products use higher-cost materials, the result is the opposite.
