摘要
结合架空输电线路直角挂板断裂导致断线的故障,从宏观检验、金属化学成分分析、金相组织检验、常温和低温机械性能拉伸试验以及静载有限元分析模拟等方面对断裂直角挂板进行分析,认为挂板设计及加工尺寸偏小,挂板肩部存在应力集中,无法承载有效机械载荷是导致疲劳断裂的根本原因,提出对在役的同批次直角挂板全部进行更换的处理措施,有效保障了输电线路的安全稳定运行。
Combined with the fault caused by right-angle hanging plate fracture of overhead transmission line, the broken right angle hanging plate is analyzed from the aspects of macro inspection, metal chemical composition analysis, metallographic structure inspection, tensile test of mechanical properties at room temperature and low temperature and static load finite element analysis simulation.It is considered that the root cause of fatigue fracture is the design and processing size of the hanging plate are too small, and there is stress concentration at the shoulder of the hanging plate, and then palte unable to carry mechanical payload.It is proposed to replace all the right angle hanging plates in the same batch in service, which effectively ensures the safe and stable operation of the transmission line.
