有机化蒙脱土对丁苯橡胶动态力学性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Organic Montmorillonite on Dynamic Mechanical Properties of Styrene Butadiene Rubber

摘要 利用壳聚糖季铵盐的离子活性,对具有离子交换能力和吸附特性的二维层状蒙脱土进行有机化改性,采用转矩流变仪混合器和双辊开炼机的两段共混技术,制备了丁苯橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,通过红外光谱和橡胶加工分析仪,对蒙脱土的结构和纳米复合材料的动态力学性能进行了分析。在改性蒙脱土的红外谱图上,3617cm-1、2900 cm-1~2800cm-1、1033cm-1处出现了明显的壳聚糖季铵盐的特征吸收峰。动态力学性能显示,改性蒙脱土填充丁苯橡胶的储能模量和损耗模量,在频率和应变过程中均优于未改性的体系。在变温过程中,由于未改性体系的分散均匀性欠佳,聚集体颗粒导致橡胶分子链的运动耗散增加,其损耗模量略高于改性体系。可见,改性蒙脱土填充丁苯橡胶复合材料具有较好的对频率和应变变形的抵抗能力。 Styrene butadiene rubber/montmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared by two-stage blending technology of torque rheometer mixer and double-roll mixer,and the organic modification of two-dimensional layered montmorillonite with ion exchange ability and adsorption properties was carried out with ionic activity of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt.The structure of montmorillonite and the dynamic mechanical properties of nano-composites were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and rubber processing analyzer.At 3617cm-1,2900~2800cm-1 and 1033cm-1,the characteristic absorption peaks of chitosan quaternary ammonium salts were observed in the infrared spectra of modified montmorillonite.According to the dynamic mechanical properties of modified montmorillonite styrene-butadiene rubber filled,the energy storage modulus and loss modulus in the process of frequency and strain were better than unmodified system.In the process of variable temperature,due to the poor dispersion uniformity unmodified system,the movement dissipation of aggregate particles in rubber chain increased,the loss modulus was slightly higher than the modified system.It could be seen that the modified montmorillonite filled with styrene butadiene rubber composite had better resistance to frequency and strain deformation.
