环状三羟甲基丙烷缩甲醛的合成工艺研究

摘要 本文以三羟甲基丙烷和甲醛为原料,通过缩合反应制备环状三羟甲基丙烷缩甲醛。考察了无溶剂存在下不同的反应条件对反应结果的影响。实验结果显示,以甲基磺酸为催化剂,在催化剂用量为0.5%、三羟甲基丙烷与甲醛的摩尔配比为1∶1.0、反应温度115℃、反应时间为2h的条件下,原料TMP的转化率可以达到94.1%,目标产物CTF的选择性可以达到94.58%。该工艺路线减少了溶剂的分离回收程序,简化了工艺流程,降低了成本,具有很好的工业化应用前景。 In this paper,cyclic trimethylolpropane formaldehyde was prepared with trimethylolpropane and formaldehyde by condensation reaction.The effects of different reaction conditions on the reaction results in the presence of solvent-free were investigated.The experimental results showed that the conversion of raw material TMP could reach 94.1%and the selectivity of target product CTF could reach 94.58%under the conditions of methyl sulfonic acid as catalyst,catalyst dosage of 0.5%,molar ratio of trimethylolpropane to formaldehyde of 1:1.0,reaction temperature of 115℃and reaction time of 2h.The process route reduced the separation and recovery procedure of solvent,simplified the process flow,reduced the cost,and had a good prospect of industrial application.
