煤焦油催化加氢制喷气燃料的研究进展

Research Progress of Catalytic Hydrogenation of Coal Tar to High-value Fuel

我国的煤焦油产能过剩,而部分喷气燃料稀缺,市场供需矛盾很难得到缓解,因此将煤焦油通过催化加氢的手段制成喷气燃料,成为解决问题的关键。本文介绍了国内外高价值喷气燃料的研究现状,着重对煤焦油加氢制喷气燃料催化剂的研究现状及工艺研究现状进行了阐述,提出了煤焦油加氢制喷气燃料用催化剂与工艺面临的问题,并提出了相应的建议,以实现煤焦油的清洁高效利用及多产喷气燃料的目标。

Due to the overcapacity of coal tar in China and the scarcity of some jet fuels,it was difficult to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand in the market.Therefore,the key to solving the problem was to make coal tar into jet fuel through catalytic hydrogenation.This article mainly introduced the research status of high-value jet fuel in China and abroad,and then focused on the research status and process research status of the catalysts for the hydrogenation of coal tar to jet fuel.Finally,it put forward the problems faced by the catalysts and processes for the hydrogenation of coal tar to jet fuel,and put forward corresponding suggestions for the future development and exploration of related catalysts and the problems faced by the technology research institute,so as to realize the clean and efficient use of coal tar and achieve the goal of producing more jet fuel.
