摘要
新冠疫情对北京公交集团的经营管理产生了很大影响,地面公交企业要从中吸取经验和教训,谋划好未来战略布局。本文分析了此次疫情的特点,对比非典期间客运市场和企业经营的变化,提出对城市公交企业经营管理的改革建议。
COVID-19 has a great impact on the operation and management of Beijing public transport group.The public transport enterprises should learn from their experiences and lessons,and plan for the future strategic layout.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the epidemic,compares the changes of passenger transport market and enterprise management during SARS,and obtains some reform suggestions for the operation and management of urban public transport enterprises.
