摘要 220 kV线路纵联差动保护是保障电网安全运行的主要技术手段,随着纵联差动保护业务重要性的日益提升,对承载220 kV线路纵联差动保护业务的通信技术体制也提出了更高要求,由高频载波通道向光纤化传送转变是未来的主流趋势。文章首先介绍了目前承载220 kV线路保护的主要通信方式及其优缺点,并详细介绍了IEEE C37.942 Mbit/s光接口的关键技术,然后设计出电网220 kV线路纵差保护通信网的典型组网方案,最后以实际的工程案例加以论证,从误码率、时延等测试数据说明基于2 Mbit/s光技术的220 kV线路保护通信网承载纵差保护业务的优势及意义。 The 220 kV line longitudinal differential protection is the main technical means to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.With the increasing importance of the longitudinal differential protection business,higher requirements are also put forward for the communication technology of 220 kV line longitudinal differential protection service.The change from high frequency carrier channel to optical fiber transmission is the mainstream trend in the future.This paper first introduces the main communication methods and their advantages and disadvantages of the current 220 kV line protection,and then introduces the key technologies of IEEE C37.942 Mbit/s optical interface in detail,and designs a typical networking scheme of 220 kV line longitudinal differential protection communication network of the power grid.Finally,the actual engineering case is used to demonstrate the advantages and significance of the 220 kV line protection communication network based on 2 Mbit/s optical technology carrying longitudinal differential protection service from the test data such as bit error rate and time delay.
