青浦区2020年居民健康素养监测结果分析

Analysis of Health Literacy Surveillance Results of 2020 Among Residents in Qingpu District

目的 了解上海市青浦区2020年居民健康素养水平。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取青浦区三个街道(镇)9个村居的463名社区居民开展调查。结果 2020年青浦区居民的健康素养水平为38.77%。健康素养三维度方面,基本健康知识和理念、健康生活方式和行为以及健康技能的素养水平分别为53.6%、41.0%和43.2%。六类问题健康素养方面,科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗和健康信息的素养水平分别为55.3%、38.0%、34.1%、39.3%、33.0%和44.5%。结论 青浦区社区居民的健康素养水平高于上海市平均水平。

Objective To understand the level of health literacy of 2020 among residents in Shanghai.Methods Through stratified random cluster sampling,463 community residents from 9 villages in three Streets(Towns)of Qingpu District were selected for investigation.Results The level of health literacy of residents of Qingpu in 2020 was 38.77%。In terms of three-dimensional health literacy,the literacy levels of basic health knowledge and ideas,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health skills were 53.6%,41.0% and 43.2% respectively.In terms of health literacy of six types of problems,the levels of scientific health concept,prevention and control of infectious diseases,prevention and control of chronic diseases,safety and first aid,basic medical treatment,and health information literacy were 55.3%,38.0%,34.1%,39.3%,33.0% and 44.5%respectively.Conclusion The health literacy level of community residents in Qingpu District is higher than the average level of Shanghai.
