特大桥超高钢结构临时支墩施工关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 在已有桥梁支墩施工方案的基础上,以玉磨铁路元江双线特大桥为依托,针对临时支墩吊装高度高、高空焊接量大、地形条件复杂等施工重难点,对超高钢结构临时支墩施工技术进行研究,对临时支墩结构、基础形式等进行介绍,并对钢立柱、腹杆、连接系、分配梁安装工艺进行详细叙述。通过合理布置临时支墩、起重设备等,达到良好施工效果。 On the basis of the existing construction plan of bridge support piers,in view of the heavy lifting height of temporary support piers,large amount of high-altitude welding,and complex terrain conditions existing in the Yuxi-Mohan Railway Yuanjiang Double-line Specially Long Span Bridge project,this paper studies the construction technology of temporary support piers of ultra-high steel structures.The structure and foundation form of the temporary pier are introduced,and the installation process of the steel column,the web member,the connecting system and the distribution beam is described in detail.Through reasonable arrangement of temporary support piers,lifting equipment,etc.,a good construction effect can be achieved.
