习近平法治思想是公安院校刑法课程目标建构与实现的内化新要求和外化新动力。构建公安院校刑法课程目标的理念,来源于习近平法治思想德才兼备全面发展的高素质公安专业人才培养要求、新时代中国特色社会主义全面依法治国的战略部署,以及多学科交叉的知识背景和多元能力融合的职业岗位需求。公安院校刑法课程目标体系,应由根本目标、基础目标、核心目标和延展目标构成。其实现路径是思想政治教育一体化、线上线下教学一体化和警学研一体化。

Xi Jinping’s thought of ruling by law is a new internalization requirement and new externalization motive force for the construction and realization of criminal law curriculum goals in police colleges and universities.The construction idea is derived from Xi Jinping’s thought of ruling by law,the cultivation requirements of high-quality public security professionals with all-round development of morality and ability,the strategic deployment of comprehensive ruling by law with Chinese characteristics socialism in the new era,as well as the professional job requirements of interdisciplinary knowledge background and the integration of multiple abilities.The realization path of criminal curriculum target which is composed of fundamental target,basic target,core target and extended target is the integration of ideological and political education,the integration of online and offline teaching,and the integration of police,learning and research.
