摘要
为验证新型金属波纹管留孔钢筋浆锚对接连接方式的可行性,考虑混凝土强度和浆锚长度等因素,制作18个浆锚对接连接对拉试件,进行对拉试验,研究其受力性能。试验结果表明,该新型浆锚对接连接方式具有良好的受力性能,对于ϕ12对接镦头钢筋,在混凝土强度等级为C30、钢筋浆锚长度≥25d,或混凝土强度为C40、钢筋浆锚长度≥20d的条件下,可实现钢筋断于母材的要求;当应用于更大直径钢筋的浆锚对接连接时,建议考虑增大浆锚长度、增加帮条钢筋数量或增大帮条钢筋截面积。
In order to verify the feasibility of a new grouted anchor connection of rebars in bellow reserved holes,considering factors such as concrete strength and grouted anchor length,18 pairs of tensile specimens for the grouted anchor connection were made,and the tensile test was carried out to study their mechanical properties.The test results show that the new grouted anchor connection method has good mechanical performance.For theϕ12 butt-headed rebar,the concrete strength grade is C30,the length of the rebar grouted anchor is≥25d,or under the condition of the concrete strength is C40,and the length of the rebar grouted anchor more than 20d,the requirement of the rebar breaking from the parent material can be achieved.When it is applied to the connection of the grouted anchor of the larger diameter rebar,it is recommended to consider increasing the grouted anchor length,increasing the number of reinforcing bars or increasing the cross-sectional area of the reinforcing bars.
