新型桁架式承重悬挑架在装配式建筑中的应用

摘要 为解决装配式墙体外防护问题,以桁架式承重悬挑架为研究体系,结合项目实际应用情况,从体系的工作原理、施工技术、螺栓受力等方面进行研究,通过试验分析、数值模拟、现场监测等手段,不断优化受力计算模型,使有限元分析趋于合理化,同时不断优化调整现场施工方案,使整体防护体系更加安全合理。实践结果表明,该体系体积小,用钢量少,质量轻,搬运便利,安装、拆卸方便,可降低工人劳动强度,减少塔式起重机工作量,提高工效,拆除时没有安全隐患,产品质量可控,安全可靠性高。 In order to solve the problem of external protection of prefabricated walls,the truss-type loadbearing cantilever frame is used as the research system to study combined with the actual application of the project,from the working principle,construction,bolt force.Through experimental analysis,numerical simulation,on-site monitoring and other means,the force calculation model is continuously optimized,so that the finite element analysis tends to be rationalized,and at the same time,the on-site construction plan is continuously optimized and adjusted to make the overall protection system safer and more reasonable.The practical results show that the system is small in size,less steel consumption,light in weight,convenient in handling,convenient in installation and disassembly,and it can reduce labor intensity of workers,save the workload of tower cranes,improve work efficiency.There is no hidden safety hazard during dismantling,the product quality is controllable,and the safety and reliability are high.
