复杂地形下双曲面氨制冷赛道夹具成型及安装技术

摘要 国家雪车雪橇中心赛道整体为复杂的双曲面结构,高低起伏,成型不规则,是2022年冬奥会中项目设计难度最高、施工难度最大、最复杂的设施。为解决综合技术复杂的夹具深化设计、加工、校正、检测、运输、安装等技术难题,从材质、形状、切割设备、防变形工装、调节装置及安装工艺等方面进行研究,形成一套赛道夹具制作、安装和校准的完整工艺。该工艺的成功运用,使该赛道获得国际单项组织认证,并被公认为历届冬奥最佳。 The overall track of National Snowmobile Center is a complex hyperboloid structure with undulating heights and irregular shapes.It is the most difficult project to design,the most difficult to construct,and the most complex facility in the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.In order to solve the technical problems of in-depth design,processing,calibration,testing,transportation and installation of fixtures with complex comprehensive technology,researches were carried out from the aspects of material,shape,cutting equipment,anti-deformation tooling,adjustment device and installation process to form a complete process of making,installing and calibrating of track fixtures.The successful application of this process has enabled the track to be certified by an international individual organization and recognized as the best in previous Winter Olympics.
