摘要
为研究多因素交互作用对中空玻璃传热系数的综合影响,基于响应曲面法以中空气体层厚度、稀有气体氩气充入量和表面发射率为影响因素,以中空玻璃传热系数为优化目标,建立中空玻璃传热系数的多因素响应面模型,研究不同因素间交互作用对中空玻璃传热系数的影响程度。得到最优中空玻璃结构表面发射率为0.02,氩气充入量为100%,气层厚度为12.65mm,并将最优结构中空玻璃应用于我国夏热冬冷地区办公建筑房间外窗中,与普通中空玻璃的房间全年能耗进行节能效果对比。研究表明,外窗为优化中空玻璃时,南、北向开窗房间的全年综合能耗分别降低3.5%,6.3%。
In order to study the comprehensive influence of multi-factor interaction on the heat transfer coefficient of hollow glass,based on the response surface method,taking the thickness of the hollow gas layer,the filling amount of the rare gas argon and the surface emissivity as influencing factors,and the heat transfer coefficient of the hollow glass is the optimization target,a multi-factor response surface model of the heat transfer coefficient of hollow glass is established,and the influence degree of the interaction between different factors on the heat transfer coefficient of hollow glass is studied.The surface emissivity of the optimal hollow glass structure is 0.02,the filling amount of argon is 100%,and the thickness of the gas layer is 12.65mm.It is applied to the exterior windows of office buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions in China to compare the annual energy consumption of ordinary insulating glass rooms.The results show that when the outer windows are optimal hollow glass,the annual comprehensive energy consumption of the rooms with south and north windows is reduced by 3.5%and 6.3%respectively.
