法治政府视域下行政管理学科建设的进路论析

An Analysis of the Approach of Administrative Management Discipline Construction from the Perspective of a Government under the Rule of Law

行政管理学科旨在通过立足理论研究和人才培养两个维度,为政府行政实践中的问题做出有效解答来确立其合法性。当前法治政府建设实践,需要行政管理学科承担起法治理论创新和法治人才培养的双重任务。基于高校行政管理专业发展现状,对标现实需求,现阶段行政管理学科建设面临着理论创新滞后、课程体系不完备、实践机制存在障碍与就业渠道不畅等挑战,可尝试通过聚焦研究主体、纯化学科属性、坚持现实取向、完善师资保障、明确职业定位等路径加以优化。

The discipline of administrative management aims to establish its legitimacy by providing effective answers to problems in government administrative practice based on theoretical research and personnel training.The current practice of building a government under the rule of law requires the discipline of administrative management to undertake the dual tasks of theoretical innovation of the rule of law and training of talents under the rule of law.Based on the current status of the development of the administrative management major in colleges and universities,and the actual needs,as well as the current challenges faced by the discipline construction of administrative management such as the lagging of theoretical innovation,incomplete curriculum system,practical mechanism obstacles and poor employment channels,we can try to focus on research subjects,purify the attribution of the discipline,adhere to realistic orientation,improve the guarantee of teaching staff,and clarify career orientation.
