在高校管理工作中,行政管理是重要组成部分之一,行政管理工作的高效开展能为教育和科研工作提供便利条件。行政管理的工作质量直接影响到学校的整体管理水平,当前我国高校行政管理工作受到管理设备、管理人员和管理系统等方面的限制,管理效果并不理想,进而影响了高校行政管理工作的有效发展。实现信息化视角下的高效行政管理,要结合大数据的时代背景,时刻创新,利用不同的方式实现行政管理信息化。

In the management of colleges and universities,administrative management is one of the important components,and the implementation of high-efficiency administrative management can provide convenience for education and scientific research.The quality of administrative management directly affects the overall management level of a college or university.However,currently,the administrative management of colleges and universities in China is limited by management equipment,management personnel and management system,and the management effect is not ideal,which in turn affects the effective development of administrative management in colleges and universities.To achieve efficient administrative management from the perspective of information-based construction,it is necessary to combine the background of big data,innovate at all times,and use different methods to realize information-based administrative management.
