高校共青团思想引领工作创新模式探索

Exploration on the Innovative Mode of the Communist Youth League’s Ideological Guidance Work in Colleges and Universities

在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想理论指导下,科学遵循大学生的身心发展规律和特点,从高校共青团工作实际出发,探索新时代高校共青团思想引领工作创新模式:一是从工作管理运行角度开辟横向路径,实施“三化三性三保障”模式;二是从大学生成长规律角度开辟纵向路径,采取分层分类一体化与成长导师制相结合的模式。开展思想引领工作创新模式研究,以期增强高校共青团思想引领工作的科学性、可行性和实效性。

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,on the basis of scientifically following the laws and characteristics of the physical and mental development of college students,and starting from the actual work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,this paper explores the innovative mode of the Communist Youth League’s ideological guidance work in colleges and universities in the new era.The first is to open up a horizontal path from the perspective of the management and operation of the work,and implement a new model;the second is to open up a vertical path from the perspective of the law of college students’growth,and adopt a model that combines stratification and classification based integration and growth mentor system.The research on the innovative mode of ideological guidance work is expected to enhance the scientificity,feasibility and effectiveness of the ideological guidance work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.
