水文与水资源工程专业推行本科生导师制的思考

摘要 在高等教育快速发展的大背景下,努力探索新的本科生培养模式对一流学科建设和高质量人才培养将有着重要意义。建立和完善本科生导师制有助于增强全员的育人意识,使学生获得有针对性的培养,营造更加浓厚的教育氛围。文章阐述了本科生导师制的内涵及其对高校人才培养的意义,通过分析该制度在水文与水资源工程专业推行过程中出现的问题,提出了进一步改进本科生导师制的建议,旨在为持续改善本科生培养模式提供新的思路。 In the context of the rapid development of higher education,efforts to explore a new undergraduate training and education pattern will play a great role in the first-class discipline construction and the high-quality talents training.Establishing and perfecting the undergraduate tutorial system will help to enhance the awareness of all staff education and create a stronger educational atmosphere,so that students can receive targeted training.This paper elaborates the undergraduate tutorial system and its significance in talent training in colleges and universities,and analyzes the defects of the undergraduate tutorial system in the implementation of hydrology and water resources engineering.Then it puts forward some practical suggestions to further improve the undergraduate tutorial system,which provides new ideas for continuously improving the undergraduate education model.
