基于OBE理念的课程思政育人模式研究——以南京信息工程大学材料物理专业为例 被引量:6

摘要 高等教育的首要职能是培养德智体美劳全面发展的人才。成果导向教育是“以生为本”的教育理念,这种人才培养模式重点关注培养目标,要求在课程内容设计、教学过程组织、教学环节规范等方面都以实现预期的学习结果为导向。课程思政要求通过发挥专业课教师的育人作用,对学生加强思想政治教育,提高学生的综合素质,将思想引领贯穿教育教学的全过程。基于成果导向理念,围绕国家对专业人才培养的新要求,以促进学生全面发展为目标,组建教师团队,构建育人平台,设计毕业要求、课程体系和教育内容,提出思想政治教育贴近学生思想、融入学生学习、走进学生生活的路径,有利于实现全员、全方位、全过程育人,探索出融合课程思政的育人模式。 The primary function of higher education is to cultivate talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor.Outcome-oriented education is a“student-oriented”educational concept,and this talent training model focuses on training goals,and requires curriculum content design,teaching process organization,and teaching link regulation be oriented to achieve the expected learning results.Curriculum-based ideological and political education require that by giving full play to the role of teachers for professional courses in education,we should strengthen ideological and political education for students,improve students’comprehensive quality,and make ideological guidance run throughout the entire process of education and teaching.Based on the OBE concept,focusing on the national demand for socialist builders and successors,as well as the new requirements for professional talent training,and aiming at promoting the all-round development of students,we set up a team of teachers,build an education platform,design graduation requirements,curriculum systems and education content,and propose that ideological and political education should enter students’thoughts,learning and life,so as to realize full-staff,all-round,and whole-process education,and establish a new education model integrating curriculum-based ideological and political education.
