sST2与CD4^(+)T细胞在心力衰竭和肾衰竭中的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(sST2)与CD4^(+)T细胞在器官衰竭患者疾病发展进程中的作用。方法选取2020年9月至2021年3月在该院住院治疗的60例心力衰竭患者作为心衰组,40例肾衰竭患者作为肾衰组,另选取同期该院30例健康体检者作为对照组。采用免疫荧光干式定量法检测所有研究对象血清sST2表达水平,并对心衰组和肾衰组与对照组进行比较;采用流式细胞术检测CD4^(+)T细胞数量;采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测外周血炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-1和IL-6表达水平;分析血清sST2表达水平与CD4^(+)T细胞在器官衰竭患者疾病发展进程中的相关性。结果心衰组和肾衰组患者外周血血清sST2表达水平高于对照组,CD4^(+)T细胞比例及数量均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。器官衰竭患者外周血血清sST2表达水平与CD4^(+)T细胞数量呈负相关(r=-0.596,P<0.05)。结论sST2表达水平与CD4^(+)T细胞数量呈负相关,可能提示器官发生衰竭。 Objective To investigate the role of soluble growth-stimulating gene 2 protein(sST2)and CD4^(+)T cell in the development of disease in patients with organ failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with heart failure who were hospitalized in the hospital from September 2020 to March 2021 were selected as heart failure group,40 patients with renal failure were selected as the renal failure group,and 30 healthy subjects underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of serum sST2 in all subjects were detected by immunofluorescence dry quantitative method,and the heart failure group,renal failure group were compared with the control group.The number of CD4^(+)T cells was detected by flow cytometry.The expression levels of inflammatory factors interleukin(IL)-1 and IL-6 in peripheral blood were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The correlation between the expression levels of serum sST2 and CD4^(+)T cell in the development of patients with organ failure was analyzed.Results The expression level of peripheral blood sST2 in the heart failure group and renal failure group was higher than that in the control group,the proportion and number of CD4^(+)T cell were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of peripheral blood sST2 in patients with organ failure was negatively correlated with the number of CD4^(+)T cell(r=-0.596,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of sST2 was negatively correlated with the number of CD4^(+)T cell,which might indicate organ failure.
