艽龙胶囊对胃肠动力障碍小鼠的影响

Effects of Jiaolong capsule on mice with gastrointestinal motility disorder

目的探讨艽龙胶囊对胃肠动力障碍小鼠的影响,为该药物的临床应用与深入研究提供实验依据。方法将60只雌雄各半的昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、多潘立酮片(吗丁啉)对照组、艽龙胶囊3个剂量组(30、60、120 mg/kg)。采用腹腔注射左旋精氨酸复制小鼠胃肠动力障碍模型,灌胃黑色半固体营养糊,检测小鼠胃内残留率和小肠推进率;同时检测小鼠体质量、摄食量、血浆胃动素(MTL)和一氧化氮(NO)的水平。结果小鼠在给予左旋精氨酸注射液造模后,相比模型组,给药组摄食量增加,艽龙胶囊中、高剂量组可明显降低胃内残留率,增加小肠推进率,升高小鼠血浆中MTL含量和降低小鼠血浆中NO含量。结论艽龙胶囊具有明显促胃肠排空作用并改善胃肠动力功能。

Objective To discuss the effects of Jiaolong capsule on mice with gastrointestinal motility disorders,and provide experimental basis for the clinical application and in-depth study of this drug.Methods A total of 60 Kunming mice which half male and half female were randomly divided into blank control group,model control group,domperidone tablet control group and three dose groups(30,60,120 mg/kg)of Jiaolong capsule.The mice were intraperitoneally injected with L-arginine to replicate the gastrointestinal motility disturbance model,and the black semi-solid nutritional paste was administered,then the gastric residual rate and small intestinal propulsion rate were detected and the weight of mice,food intake,plasma motilin(MTL)and nitric oxide(NO)levels were measured.Results Compared with the model group,the food intake of the treatment group increased after L-arginine injection.The medium and high dose groups of Jiaolong capsule could significantly reduce the residual rate in stomach,increase the propulsion rate of small intestine,increase the content of MTL in plasma and decrease the content of NO in plasma.Conclusion Jiaolong capsule can be the effect of promoting gastrointestinal emptying and improving gastrointestinal motility.
