银翘青黛汤联合吉非替尼治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Yinqiao Qingdai Decoction Combined with Gefitinib in the Treatment of Locally Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Its Influence on Patients’Quality of Life

目的:探讨银翘青黛汤联合吉非替尼治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择2018年1月-2021年1月铁岭市中医医院收治的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌100例,收集临床资料开展本研究,依据治疗方案的差异分组。对照组应用吉非替尼治疗,研究组银翘青黛汤联合吉非替尼治疗。对比两组临床疗效、生活质量及免疫功能指标水平。结果:研究组总有效率为74.0%,高于对照组的52.0%(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为8.0%,低于对照组的24.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SF-36各维度评分均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NK、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且研究组NK、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后HIF-1α、VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者施以银翘青黛汤联合吉非替尼治疗,效果理想,可提高免疫功能,改善生活质量,具有非常高的临床应用价值。因此,在局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者临床治疗中,银翘青黛汤联合吉非替尼治疗值得广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yinqiao Qingdai Decoction combined with Gefitinib in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its influence on patients’quality of life.Method:A total of 100 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer in Tieling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected,the clinical data were collected to carry out this study,and they were divided into groups according to the difference of treatment schemes.The control group was treated with Gefitinib,and the study group was treated with Yinqiao Qingdai Decoction combined with Gefitinib.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and immune function of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was 74.0%,which was higher than 52.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.0%,which was lower than 24.0%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SF-36 in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NK,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of two groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of NK,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of HIF-1αand VEGF in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinqiao Qingdai Decoction combined with Gefitinib is effective in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer,which can improve the immune function and the quality of life.Therefore,in the clinical treatment of patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer,Yinqiao Qingdai Decoction combined with Gefitinib is worthy of wide application.
