奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂、樟脑酚根管治疗急性根尖周炎的应用价值分析

Application Value of Ornidazole Calcium Hydroxide Paste and Camphor Phenol in Root Canal Administration in the Treatment of Acute Periapical Periodontitis

目的:探究奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂根管上药、樟脑酚根管上药治疗急性根尖周炎的应用价值。方法:选取2020年6月1日-2021年11月28日三峡大学附属仁和医院收治的109例急性根尖周炎根管治疗患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同将其分为奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂组73例、樟脑酚组36例。奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂组、樟脑酚组患者分别采用奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂、樟脑酚根管上药。观察并比较两组牙周指标水平、视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,与樟脑酚组相比,奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂组牙周指标水平均较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,与樟脑酚组相比,奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂组VAS评分(咬合疼痛、自发性疼痛)均较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,与樟脑酚组相比,奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂组牙冠根比较小、根管壁厚度较大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与樟脑酚组相比,奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂组治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂根管上药对急性根尖周炎的临床治疗总有效率高于樟脑酚根管上药,可显著改善患者牙周指标、减轻疼痛感,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of Ornidazole Calcium Hydroxide Paste and Camphor Phenol in the Treatment of Acute Periapical Periodontitis.Method:A total of 109 patients with acute periapical periodontitis treated in Renhe Hospital Affiliated to Three Gorges University from June 1,2020 to November 28,2021 were selected as the research object.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into 73 cases in Ornidazole Calcium Hydroxide Paste group and 36 cases in Camphor Phenol group.Ornidazole Calcium Hydroxide Paste group and Camphor Phenol group were treated with Ornidazole Calcium Hydroxide Paste and Camphor Phenol in root canal administration respectively.The periodontal index level,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,compared with Camphor Phenol group,the periodontal index levels of Ornidazole Calcium Hydroxide Paste group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with Camphor Phenol group,the VAS scores(occlusal pain and spontaneous pain)of Ornidazole Calcium Hydroxide Paste group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with Camphor Phenol group,Ornidazole Calcium Hydroxide Paste group had smaller crown root ratio and greater root canal wall thickness(P<0.05).Compared with Camphor Phenol group,the total effective rate of Ornidazole Calcium Hydroxide Paste group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total clinical efficacy of Ornidazole Calcium Hydroxide Paste in root canal administration in the treatment of acute periapical periodontitis is higher than camphor phenol in root canal administration,it can significantly improve the periodontal indexes and reduce the pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
