摘要
针对薄层罩面服役早期磨平导致的抗滑性不足问题,通过对现有排水性薄层罩面材料设计进行优化,提高其耐久性和稳定性。从原料选择、级配设计和性能评估方面入手,结合室内试验和理论分析,在完成PA10配合比设计的基础上,对其进行性能评估,确定原料、技术指标、骨架结构和最佳沥青用量。结果表明,PA10的水稳定性、低温抗裂性、高温稳定性、抗飞散性、排水性和抗滑性均满足规范要求。
Considering the insufficient slip resistance of thin overlays induced by flattening in early service life,this study optimizes the material design of drainage overlays for improving their durability and stability.Given the raw material selection,grade design,and performance evaluation,the appropriate raw materials,technical specifications,stable skeletal structure,and optimum oil-stone ratio were decided by combining indoor test and theoretical analysis.The performance evaluation was carried out after the PA10 mix ratio design.The water stability,low-temperature crack resistance,high-temperature stability,fly-away resistance,drainage,and anti-slip functional properties met the specification requirements.
