摘要
基于南京扬子江大道综合管廊工程,采用数值模拟方法,研究在软土地层中双舱顶管下穿已有大直径给水管期间对给水管的影响,对比加固和不加固条件下给水管的变形规律,并对比不同顶力下土体的位移变化情况。研究表明,地层加固可有效减少顶管顶进过程中既有给水管的变形;顶推力的变化对顶管施工所引起的地层变形影响较大。结合有限元分析结果对顶管施工过程中的变形控制措施进行提炼和总结,并在实际工程中验证,为类似工程提供参考。
Based on the Utility Tunnel Project of Nanjing Yangtze River Avenue,the research uses numerical simulation to study the impact of the double-cabin pipe under the existing large diameter water supply pipe in the soft soil layer on the water supply pipe,and compares the deformation laws of water supply pipes under reinforced and unreinforced conditions and the changes in soil displacement under different jacking force.The results show that stratum reinforcement can effectively reduce the deformation of the existing water supply pipe during the pipe jacking process;the change of the jacking force has a greater impact on the soil deformation during jacking process.Combined with the results of numerical calculation,the deformation control measures in the pipe jacking construction process are refined and summarized,and have been verified in actual projects.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
