中小跨径装配式梁桥经济性对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 为推进中小跨径梁桥标准化发展,探讨装配式上部结构材料用量与跨径之间的相关性及不同装配式结构的经济性和适用性,基于数据拟合出3种装配式结构上部结构材料用量与桥梁跨径之间的表达式,综合考虑施工便利性及桥梁上部结构、下部结构以及吊装运输等成本,对比分析装配式梁桥的经济性和适用性。对比分析结果表明,与装配式平钢板组合梁相比,波形钢板组合梁焊接量大幅度降低,组装工艺简化,更有利于标准化制作;装配式钢板组合梁自重较轻,虽然钢材用量较大,但考虑材料回收后其整体经济性优于装配式预应力混凝土T梁和小箱梁,对于山区(吊装运输受限地区)具有较好应用前景。 In order to promote the development of standardization of girder bridges with small and medium span,the correlation between the amount of prefabricated superstructure materials and the span and the economy and applicability of different prefabricated structures are discussed.The expressions between the material usage of the three superstructures and the span of the bridge are given based on data fitting.Considering the convenience of construction and the cost comparison of bridge superstructure,substructure,lifting and transportation,the economics and applicability of prefabricated girder bridges are analyzed.The comparative analysis results show that the welding volume of steel-concrete composite girder with corrugated steel webs is greatly reduced compared with the fabricated steel-concrete composite girder with flat steel,the assembly process is simplified,and it is more conducive to industrial production.The fabricated steel-concrete composite girder is light in weight,although the amount of steel used is large,the overall economy is better than prefabricated prestressed concrete T girders and box girders after considering material recycling,especially for the mountainous areas where lifting and transportation are restricted,and it has a wide range of application prospects.
