摘要 为解决摩托车和非机动车争夺路权引发的交通问题,对摩托车和非机动车的路权问题特征和交通安全问题进行探讨。根据城市中心自行车、电动车和摩托车3种车的共性,本着以人为本、公平效率和节约用地原则,提出了非机动车和摩托车专用道一体化设计方案,主要包括设计思路、改造方法和配套交通设施。 In order to solve the issue caused by motorcycle and non-motor vehicle competing for the right of way,the traffic characteristic and safety issue are described.According to the commonality of the three types of vehicles including bicycle,electric bicycle and motorcycle existing in the city center,an integrated design scheme for dedicated lanes is proposed,based on the principles of people-oriented,fair and efficient and land-saving.The specific design idea,transformation method and the supporting traffic facilities are presented.
