市域铁路长大桥上无砟无缝线路荷载组合研究 被引量:3

摘要 考虑了无缝线路、扣件、无砟轨道和长大桥梁等多个结构之间的相互作用关系,创建了市域铁路长大桥上无砟轨道无缝线路的静力学仿真模型。应用所建立的仿真模型,计算分析不同荷载组合方式条件下轨道和桥梁结构的力学特性,为市域铁路长大桥上无缝线路计算和检算的荷载取值方法提供科学的建议。结果表明:相对于单独考虑各种荷载,同时考虑温度变化、列车荷载和列车制动作用后,各项受力与变形计算结果有较明显的增加。因此,在对市域铁路长大桥上无砟轨道无缝线路进行设计和检算时,建议将3种主要的荷载同时作用于计算模型,以使计算结果更加安全、可靠。 Based on the interaction between the CWR,fastener,ballastless track and long-span bridge,the static simulation model of the ballastless CWR track on the long-span bridge in urban railway is built.The mechanical characteristics of track and bridge structure under different load combinations is analyzed using this simulation model,which provides the scientific advices about the load selection of calculation and check of CWR track on the long-span bridge in urban railway.It’s shown that,the calculated results of various forces and deformations are significantly increased when considering the load combination of temperature,train load and train braking force,compared with various loads alone.Therefore,when designing and checking of the ballastless CWR track on the long-span bridge in urban railway,it is suggested that three main loads should be applied to the calculation model at the same time,so that the calculation results are more reliable and safer.
