The ship lock is a key infrastructure of the inland water transport,and an important application scenario for the implementation of smart shipping.The construction of smart ship lock can effectively improve the transportation and management efficiency of inland waterway transport.According to the needs of ship lock operation and construction practices of Jiangsu smart ship lock,this paper discusses the characteristics and implementation modes of the development stages of smart ship lock,such as digital panoramic perception,intelligent operation scheduling,and smart scientific decision-making.It provides a reference for the construction of smart ship lock in the future.
